How Is a Cervical Herniated Disc Treated?

Cervical Herniated Disc Treatment

During periods when the patients' complaints are mild, rest, a stress-free life, pain-relieving medications, and physical therapy methods are recommended for the treatment of cervical herniated disc. If neck and arm pain does not improve despite medication and physical therapy, and if patients have numbness and loss of strength in their arms, the patient should be treated with surgery.
